The Animado promise

When Animado caretakers visit your pet at home, they make the following commitments :

• to fully respect your premises, i.e.,
• not to use the telephone or any other equipment on site,
• not to bring any other persons with them who are not Animado representatives,
  
• to immediately inform Animado of anything unusual they happen to observe,
  
• to return the keys to Animado immediately upon request.
  

Animado insurance

Animado is insured for civil and professional liability, which covers both our not-for-profit organization and our host families and caretakers who visit your pet at home.

Our experience has proven that successful home stays and visits are based on a maximum amount of information provided by owners about their pets and the serious attitude and affection our representatives and caretakers display for all animals.
