The Animado promise

When Animado caretakers visit your pet at home, they make the following commitments :
to fully respect your premises, i.e.,
not to use the telephone or any other equipment on site,
not to bring any other persons with them who are not Animado representatives,
to immediately inform Animado of anything unusual they happen to observe,
to return the keys to Animado immediately upon request.

Animado is insured for civil and professional liability, which covers both our not-for-profit organization and our host families and caretakers who visit your pet at home.

Our experience has proven that successful home stays and visits are based on a maximum amount of information provided by owners about their pets and the serious attitude and affection our representatives and caretakers display for all animals.
